The age old question: Mac vs PC
Okay peeps, I need a little help/advice. I'm about to purchase a new laptop. Not necessarily looking to spend a fortune, I just want people to chime in and give me their 2 cents on whether to go with Mac or PC. I prefer the user-friendliness of windows to os x but I'm not sure that this is reason enough to rule out Mac. Comments etc would be much appreciated. Ta.

get the viao, bet's boyf just got one, its soooo pretty, plus it has this fingerprint authentication thing that you can use instead of a password, which is soooooooooo cool
If you were gonna get a desktop, I'd have recommended an iMac G5 - the prettiest machine alive. But for a laptop, I'd recommend pc. Basically if you're on the move, the last thing you want to be doing is wasting time searching for plug-ins and compatible programs for a mac.
I had a vaio and admittedly it was a few years ago now, but when the battery needed replacing it was a bugger to get hold of and sony did everything they could to squeeze as much cash out of me as possible. sony sucks.
I know nothing about macs but my new work has them so ask again in a few months...
